The Work

From a distance, nature often appears simple.  But as in life, the closer we step to something the more intricate and intriguing it becomes.

In its abstract beauty we often find clarity and peace alongside vibrant and complex elements.

These limited edition prints were created through traditional emulsion based film combined with use of digital technology skills and pigmented inks.

The subjects were left unadulterated in their natural environment, to grow and reveal their changing nuances - through time and their admirer's perspective.

Inevitably, as this artwork evolved I imposed my own perspective, but always intending to leave enough “air” for others to interpret through their own eyes.
